KD&CO Advisors was retained as a subject-matter expert by Royal 1 WTC Management LLC and an affiliate of The Durst Organization to provide senior strategic consulting services for One World Observatory, the premier observation experience at the tallest building in the Western Hemisphere. The engagement encompassed a broad scope of work, including identifying operational improvements and cost efficiencies, assessing capital needs and deferred maintenance, and reviewing the management team's organizational structure.
