Summit One Vanderbilt

KD&CO Advisors was retained by SSHQNY LP to provide strategic consulting during the development stage of the planned Observatory at One Vanderbilt, a new attraction project in New York City. The engagement focused on pre-opening planning across operations, branding, sales, and marketing, providing the ownership team with a comprehensive set of recommendations to position the attraction for a successful launch. Work encompassed operating budget review, staffing guidelines and pricing strategy, creative and branding agency recommendations, advertising and marketing program development, direct sales program design, opening schedule and programming, and executive search support for key management positions.
