As Managing Director of Top of the Rock Observation Deck at Rockefeller Center, Keith Douglas held full executive responsibility for one of New York City's most iconic visitor attractions. The role encompassed all facets of the business, including day-to-day operations, sales strategy, marketing and brand development, and team leadership. Under Keith's direction, the attraction delivered an exceptional guest experience while maintaining a strong commercial performance in one of the world's most competitive tourism markets. His tenure established a deep operational foundation and a lasting understanding of what it takes to run a world-class urban observation experience at scale.

Spanning 22 acres in the heart of Manhattan, Rockefeller Center is a landmark of commerce, culture, and public life. Keith's team managed a portfolio of businesses beyond the commercial real estate operation, including Top of the Rock, the Rainbow Room, the 620 Loft and Garden, the public art program, and all the plaza events, including the annual Tree Lighting. During Keith's tenure, Top of the Rock ranked among the top five paid attractions in New York City.
