The engagement encompassed a full review of the Denver tourism market, as well as the competitive landscape. KD&CO produced a detailed admissions and financial model, including revenue and operating cost projections, ticket segmentation by market segment, reseller, and group sales analysis, and average ticket price benchmarking.

KD&CO Advisors was engaged by Magnicity and Top of the Triangle, LLC to provide strategic consulting in support of a potential observation deck venture in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
