KD&CO Advisors served as the primary strategic resource for the planned Truman Tower Observatory in Calgary, Alberta. Following a successful initial market feasibility study, this Phase Two engagement focused on refining the creative vision, experiential design, and financial framework for the project. KD&CO led the evaluation of creative and experiential agencies, benchmarked signature attraction features against leading global observation-deck precedents, and developed a comprehensive business plan and a five-year financial model.
