KD&CO Advisors was engaged by JMC Holdings LLC to provide strategic consulting during the rebranding and development of the event programming for The Pennsylvanian, a historic landmark event venue in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The engagement focused on a comprehensive review of the existing business and a forward-looking set of recommendations covering market analysis and competitive positioning, pricing strategy, supplier and vendor evaluation, asset functionality, and sales process improvement. KD&CO also partnered with a leading recruiting firm to support the search and selection of key event sales talent to support the venue's growth.
