Keith Douglas is a marketing, branding, and operations executive who has spent more than three decades turning landmark assets, hotels, and attractions into destinations people return to.

He joined Rockefeller Center in 2006 as Director of Sales and Marketing for Top of the Rock, the newly opened observation deck, and spent ten years there. His team worked across Top of the Rock, the Rainbow Room, the 620 Loft and Garden, the public art program, and the plaza events, including the annual Tree Lighting.
